4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from both China and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping location and destination. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within a specified time frame. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to our thorough quality check before dispatch, FCX does not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose your products carefully and review your order before finalizing.

6. Payment
Payments are processed via Shopify. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

7. Liability
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to our products is limited to the cost paid by the customer for the product.
