Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 48 hours and one week before your event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred in preparing for your event.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled event cannot be refunded due to committed resources and preparation costs.
