Event Waiver and Release Form

Please read the following waiver and release form carefully.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in this event involves inherent risks and dangers, including the potential for physical injury. I understand these risks, and I voluntarily choose to participate, assuming all risks associated with this activity.

Waiver and Release

I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers of the event, including all of its employees, volunteers, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in the event.

Medical Treatment

I give my consent to receive any first aid and medical treatment deemed necessary in case of injury, accident, and/or illness during the event.

Photo and Video Release

I understand that during the event, I may be photographed or videotaped. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, and organizers.

Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Payment for this event must be made concurrently with the registration form. In case of cancellation, the following terms apply:

• If you cancel two weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• If you cancel one week before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the payment made.
• If you cancel later than seven days before the event, there will be no refund.
